The mission of our housing counseling is to improve the quality of life and living environment for low-income residents through comprehensive strategies and resources; preserve affordable housing; educate residents on tenants' rights and protections so tenants are empowered to fight for changes.

  • repair and maintenance

  • landlord harassment

  • landlord/tenant mediation

  • translation and filing of forms and documents

  • affordable housing application, opportunities and availability
