Chinatown CDC is chartered as an Exemplary member organization of NeighborWorks America, a national network of more than 230 community-based organizations in 50 states creating healthy communities through the work of thousands of residents, business people, government officials and other partners.

Chinatown Alleyway Tours (one of our signature youth programs) is again voted “Best of the Bay 2008” by the San Francisco Bay Guardian in August.

Chinatown Alleyway Tours receives nationwide coverage in the Associated Press, and is also featured in Washington Times, CNN, USA Today, Vancouver Sun, Chicago Sun-Times, etc., and in other popular European newspapers.

Parkview Terraces Senior Housing wins Affordable Housing Finance's Reader's Choice awards in the “Seniors” category.

Parkview Terraces Senior Housing (one of five) receives the Award of Merit in the “Best Senior Housing” category for the 2008 Gold Nugget Competition, which is to honor creative achievements in architectural design and land use planning for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
